When are you open?

Our offices are open 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday, our online store is open 24/7. 

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to our customer service team at info@cocus.co.uk as soon as possible. This will allow us to process the cancellation before the goods are dispatched.

I can't find what i'm looking for, can you help?

How do I return faulty items?

Please report any faulty items within 14 days by emailing our team at info@cocus.co.uk. Let us know about the fault or damage, and we will promptly address the issue.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The lead-time on each product varies, however specific times are on a delivery tab on each individual product page.

Do you ship to residential addresses?

Yes, we deliver to residential addresses at no additional charge. Please provide any special instructions, such as "leave the package in the porch if I'm not home."

Are deliveries to Ireland, Channel Islands, Shetlands, and non-mainland areas possible?

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Goole Pay and Eurocard. There is no minimum order requirement for credit card payments, and please note that payment is processed at the time of the order.
